and Conditions for Ordering
ORDER
BY PHONE: You may contact our sales staff Monday-Friday during
business hours (9:00am-5:00pm EST). We attend gun shows as
well, we have office personnel available when sales staff
is unavailable.
FEDERAL
FIREARMS LICENSE (FFL): All shipments of modern guns are required
to have a copy of this license. Before we can process your
shipment we need to have a signed in ink or faxed copy of
your license from your dealer . We also accept Curio and Relic
(C&R) license. The firearm must be on the list of C&R eligible
firearms list can be found at www.atf.gov.
SHIPPING
& HANDLING: Minimum charge for handguns is $30 and $15 for
rifles due to UPS regulations. Your order will be processed
within 2 to 3 business days after we receive your order. Your
order can ONLY be sent to your dealer's STREET ADDRESS on the FFL.
PAYMENT:
Money orders and cashiers checks are preferred, or personal
checks. Shipping will be delayed 2 to 3 days or until check
has cleared.
LAYAWAY
POLICY: Call for terms. No refunds will be given on layaways,
although if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may
apply it to another item.
OHIO RESIDENT:
Add 7% sales tax to your purchase. No exceptions!
GUARANTEE:
There is a 3 day inspection period, except sales at gun shows.
If not satisfied with your item you may obtain a full refund,
except on layaways. Please notify us before sending an item
back. The item has to be in the same condition as it was sent.
We advise our customers to have your item checked by a competent
gunsmith before firing. |
